          Associate Professor Dr. Wanchanok Juntachum is who has conducted nursing research for the past 20 years. Her research interests include smoking prevention, safety culture, clinical supervision, coaching, risk management, and nursing outcomes. She has had a range of successful consultancies focused on statistics and research methods to best support learners and learning in the healthcare professions. She is on the editorial board of the journal of Nursing Science and Health.

          Assistant Professor Dr. Kanittha Maneeruangdaj (formerly Volrathongchai) has extensive experience in Nursing management research. She received her Ph.D. in Nursing, with a focus on Nursing Informatics. She has since become an internationally recognized authority in Nursing Informatics and Midwifery. Her current research interests are Nursing Informatics and Maternal Health.

          Asst.Prof.Dr.Peerapong Boonsawasdgulchai  is a lecturer in the Department of Education, Research and Nursing Administration, Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University, Thailand.  He also serves as the deputy director of the Research and Development Center of Community Health System. He concurrently offers his expertise as a consultant of biostatistics for nursing and related fields. His areas of active research are focused within community health systems and nursing administration.

          Assistant Professor Dr. Sompratthana Dapha has extensive experience working in the operating room before dedicated herself to teaching, supervising, and advising nursing students and graduates in various degree programs.  She has additional experience in quality nursing service systems development research such as communication service systems for nurses and research focused on risk management, nursing supervision, coaching, and nursing leadership development.

          Lecturer Pornpimon Sookpier has extensive experience working at Srinakarind Hospital before dedicating herself to teaching. Her research experience includes examining the quality of work-life, happiness at work and desirable characteristics of nurse administration. She has led research on the relationship between desirable leadership characteristics of administrative nurses and happiness at work of registered nurses working at Srinakarind Hospital. Her current focus in on conducting further research regarding nursing leadership development and fostering improved happiness for nurses at work.

          Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marisa Krairiksh has 38 years of research experience and with 5 years of teaching experience in the Fundamentals of Nursing Department and Nursing Education Research and Administration Department as well as the International Master Program in Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. She is recognized for developing and implementing activities that motivate and improve undergraduate and graduate student learning. During her tenure, she has served as a student advisor (helping students define and follow their academic path more clearly) while also developing and implementing nursing management training programs for nursing administrators throughout Thailand. To support both Thai students and this in the International Master Program, she delivered lectures on the health care system, nursing administration, nursing leadership, and quality of health and nursing services. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marisa Krairiksh is noted as a dedicated and accomplished faculty administrator having served as an Associate Dean for Research and International Relations, Associate Dean for Academics and International Relations and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
